Ensenada 5-1 to 5-5-2012
Remodel finally done and lots of charters right now. Barracuda are wide open throughout the bay and calicos and sand bass are also on the chew. All calicos that were 4 or more pounds were released. Yellowtail are hit and miss but are still around in large numbers. Water temps in the bay are 62-64.5 degrees. The upcoming offshore season is looking good. Latest on the live bait situation is that late May is when it will be available for sale. Rumors of Albies on the outside are running rampant. Looking for a crew for an exploratory trip to the 238, 450 and Lower 500. Monday or Tuesday will go for $450. In the meantime here are the latest pics:
